The Delcambres in Abu Dhabi

Evelyn had a great first day of school. She almost fell asleep on the way home, guess that means it was a good day. I really like her teachers, they are sooo wonderful. Evelyn is really going to learn a lot in school. Their classroom is amazing. It has everything a kid could want to do: sand table, two turtles, fish, genie pig, doll house, dress up, and a bunk house to read in. Too cool. There are kids of all nationalities at this school even though it is an American School. I am excited for Evelyn to met all kinds of kids and have a broad look on life.

We bought all of our big appliances yesterday evening (frig, washer, dryer, dishwasher, TVs, etc) and they will all be delivered this weekend. I also went round and round with the service company once again about getting things fixed on our villa. Miraculously, today I went and we had electricity and water. The first time so far. Only thing was the A/C that was broken was fixed, but for some reason the upstairs A/C that was working is now off and being repaired. I surrender!!
